Nov 08, 2016  This has happened on every 2012 server I've installed except for the one I installed in Oracle VirtualBox. When I try to open Windows Update from the control panel, it hangs for 20-30 minutes (can't even move the window), then when it finally opens, when I click any option (Change settings or Check for Updates) it hangs for another 20-30 minutes. Oct 05, 2016  It started yesterday as I powered up my laptopp. Now, 24 hrs later, it is still 'working on updates 91%. Dont turn off your PC. This will take a while'. Windows 10 will no longer force users to install feature updates starting with the May 2019 Update. Bug Windows 10 latest update stuck at 91%. I eventually gave up and reset my PC, and the update rolled back and gave me back my working desktop. That was great, but 2 hours later the update started again and there was no way to cancel.
